Universidad Carlos III

University Carlos III of Madrid is a public University in charge of higher education and research with more than 17,000 students and 1,500 professors. Its technical knowledge areas are centred in Telecommunications, Computer Science, and Industrial engineering disciplines. The Telematics Department of UC3M is involved in education and research on advanced networking technologies and applications. It has participated and led projects in a number of European R&D programs, contracts with industry and public administrations. UC3M has been leader of several Networks of Excellence and participates in many others.
